Axtra for Agencies

Agree the scope. Hand over the code.

Turn a client brief into an agreed spec, an owned backend and a handoff your client’s technical team can inspect.

A client brief, made reviewable

Qualify the lead.
Explain the decision.

Research pilot — simulated example, not a live deployment

“Help our sales team focus on leads that fit, and prepare the first outreach.”

In scope
Compare supplied company evidence with the client’s criteria. Return the reasons and a draft.
Acceptance example
A lead with missing company details stays unqualified. The handoff names what sales still needs to ask.
Approval boundary
Sales verifies the assessment and approves outreach. Sending messages is outside this example.

Make the handoff part of the agreement.

Suggested responsibilities to agree with your client.

Approved spec
The client’s rules, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
Suggested reviewer: Client + agency
Backend/API
A versioned FastAPI project for the agreed workflow.
Suggested reviewer: Technical lead
Source code
The implementation your client can inspect and keep.
Suggested reviewer: Client engineering
Validation results
Which checks ran, their results and what still needs testing.
Suggested reviewer: Delivery owner

Bring a concrete case to the client.

Use a concrete scenario to agree on what the client will receive and what a person still needs to decide.

Research pilot — simulated example, not a live deployment

Simulated input

A refund request with conflicting policy terms

Agreed rule
Use account-specific terms only when verified. Escalate an unresolved policy conflict.
Illustrative output

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Can my client own and maintain the generated backend?

The generated source is downloadable. You can include it in the client handoff, along with the spec and available validation evidence. Agree on configuration, deployment and maintenance as part of your engagement.

What should I collect before starting a client build?

Bring the workflow, representative inputs, expected outputs, business rules and the actions that require approval. The more concrete the brief, the easier the spec is to review.

Can the Axtra team help with scoping?

You can ask for help with scoping, spec refinement and validation review. The platform still follows an approved spec, and the resulting backend source remains yours to keep.
